Hi Chris and welcome to the forum. I can't give you a precise recommendation on a particular scope without knowing what your budget is and what it is you would like to see and do in astronomy. What I would recommend though is taking advantage of the recent Stargazing Live event and going along to some public observation evenings to get your eye in on some scopes in order to help you establish what size and type of scope presents you with a view that meets with your expectations. One tip here, as well as making a record of the scope you are looking through, also try and make a note of the eyepiece too as some of them can make a distinct difference to the view that you can observe, which will help you later on when you might want to upgrade the eyepieces that originally came with the scope.
