Problem with EQ5

Hello. Last night i set my telescope up. my ED80, guide scope, autoguider and camera were attached. suddenly i recognized a very stiff noise comming from Dec Axis motor. when running telescope at rate 9 after a second it couldn't rotate in Dec at all. after unloading the telescope and running the Mount alone it rotates but still has a very stiff voice and some vibrations that i think it can't operate smoothly. what should i do?

Was it balanced properly ?.

Yes it was compeletely balanced. yesterday i gave it to somebody to apply some grease and services. I think there is some problem when he reassembled it.

I regreased and reassembled my EQ5 a while ago - it is now so much improved. But there are loads of parts, including lots of plastic shims that would be easy to reassemble wrongly. Important to make notes of the order in which all the parts came off.
