AVI Issues

When I record AVI's with my QHY5v using QGVideo32 the AVI's are written with 0 bites in them. I can write BMP, FITS, SER files fine. I have reinstalled all the drivers and the QGVideo32 software with no effect. The really weird thing is that it was working a month ago. I'm running Windows 7. I've also tried going back to a restore point (the earliest was only 2 weeks ago).

To be honest I'm stumped, any ideas what I could try next?
