TENTO 20X60 MOON FILTER FITTING

hi,all im a total newbie at all this so forgive me for being thick but you only know if you know eh!,,,,anyway i bought a pair of tento 20x60 binocs with two moon filters but for the life of me i cannot work out how to fit them ,they are not threaded ,i have tried to push them over eyepieces but no no no no......

please help me someone ...............................................aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

The Tento 20x60's are great binoculars but I really can't see the point of using the moon filters with them at all. The pair I used to have showed the moon superbly without any filters. If you have a 10" scope then possibly a filter is useful to reduce the brightness of the moon a bit but not with 60mm binoculars I feel.

A tripod does make a lot of sense with them though - 20x is too much to hand hold steadily for any length of time and it's amazing what can be seen with these things if you get them on a sturdy tripod.

yeah i bought a much needed tripod ,as you say they are far to heavy to hold steady ,,thanks buddy.
