Bernard at Modern astronomy do this... 2" Adapter with Compression Ring - for SkyWatcher Newtonians with M54 thread - £37... it replaces the end piece that screws onto the end of the focuser then any 2 inch 35 or 50mm extension will fit.. i got one but dont need it as my dob has the new fittings already..
