Camera Mount help

Hi all,

I have an NEQ6 mount, which also has a dovetail bar. Its great for attaching 2 scopes side by side but I want to mount a camera and lens to one side without a scope. Is this possible?

I want my 80mm refractor on one side with my 1000D attached, then on the other side, my 7D witgh my 100-400 lens.

How can I do it as I guess i need a different type of mounting for the camera alone??

Sorry for jumping in but I have a piggy back mount on the telescope rings. I tried this out for the first time last night but the SLR (with a long lens) kept twisting round. Everything, seemed, pretty tight so I'm just asking if anyone else has seen the same issue. It's the type of mount issued with the SW rings and it looks fairly similar to what's on a conventional SLR tripod.

I am looking at a dedicated plate for my camera/lens combo, not looking to piggy back it on a scope etc so hopefully iy will elimnate that prob. The 100-400 workd fine on a normal tripod head mount.
