Home made T-ring extender tube.

I ran into a bit of a snag, with my newly acquired setup, in that the Canon T-ring setup I got with it, was only able to house a 9mm Plossl eyepiece

SO I had a look in between all my Aluminum tubing and was able to find a piece perfectly sized for the job.

here is the hole lot together,

Basically all I did was to cut the V into the one end, for attachment to the EOS fitting, along with a snug centering ridge on the inside.

Now the T-Adapter just slides into this tube.

And is held secure by 3 little bolts, these bolt are responsible for alignment as well,

now there is plenty space for the longer eye-pieces .

and with the EOS ring attached.

it even has a bit of travel for getting the camera to the optimal distance from the eye-piece.

and lastly a screen shot of a RDP session to the laptop, with EOS-Utility running in live view mode, with the 20mm piece loaded.

let's hope it work as good on stars...
