How do you set your location so that you get weather conditions )cloud and that?)

im sure its set automatic as you enter the program. But you have an transparent option called location window on the bottom left hand side icon like a star and you can configure from that, im not sure on the weather settings, but would be good to know that one.

You mean a "transparency" option? I think you just set that to whatever seems right to you. Usually transparency is poor in the summer and better in winter. It's just a rough estimate. I don't think Stellarium downloads weather information.
