The shopping never ends :D

The Hyperion zoom gets generally favourable write ups, but at a price! 8-24mm is a good range for a Mak, although you'd probably want something a little wider at the longer FL. TV plossl 32mm, Hyperion 24mm are popular choices, but there are plenty of worthy others. I toiled over this for a long time and ended up with a Nagler, giving (almost) maximum FOV for the scope.

If we had any decent weather, you might also want something shorter to give 200x or a bit higher, but it's likely to get infrequent use.

But it really depends on what you want to see...

Btw, my 127 came with a 9mm also... can't vouch for the quality of the views, but maybe it's as good as any place to get started? EPs don't seem to have quite the same stock issues as the scopes :)
