at last i have seen Saturn. i was out till 3 am freezing cold but worth it to see her rings awesome . bit of advice i have a x2 barlow and a good 25m ep and a very poor 10m ep shall i get a 15m loss or something like a 35m please

I got the same scope and highly recommend the 12mm BST explorer. Knocks spots off the skywatcher 10mm

Also got the 4mm TMB Planetary II which shows the rings beautifully

cool thanks also when looking at stars and planets do these appear as bright spots in your view or can you see specific details all i get is sharp bright stars except the moon which is great

Lots of details on Jupiter and moons visible, rings and division on Saturn.. Venus will only ever show as a white disc (or crescent) and yet to see any detail on Mars though I think only larger aperture scope would help there..

so you think a 12mm would be a good buy with perhaps a replacement 10.

id get one of the 15mm vixen nlv's on the first light optics clearence page, I have the 25mm and its my Fav eyepiece

Id go for a low power as well something wide like a 32
