NGC 4762 where are you

been doing a bit of galaxy hunting with a 10" dob under dark skies and found a number of fainter galaxies than this one. It should be easy - it's about 2 deg west of vindiemiatrix but it has always eluded me although at mag 10.2 with "relatively high surface brightness" it should be easy. Anyone else have trouble with this one or can confirm that it's not that hard and I'm just looking in the wrong place?

Found it next to NGC 4754 the other night. The core of NGC 4762 makes a flat diamond shape with three other nearby stars. I found it quite difficult in a transparent semi-rural sky with a 5 inch refractor.
