Guiding with 102 mak and 0.5x reducer?

Hi, I am think about which scope to get for at grab'n'go/travel kit. I am currently thinking that a 102 mak would be fine. As I am also looking for a guide scope it could be nice if the travel scopecouyld double as guider scope. The FL of the mak probably makes it lesssuitable as guiderscope so I am think that if I add in an 0.5x reducer it can maybe be used together with my QHY5? Will there be sufficient back focus? Or any other issues?
