Wait for LX80, or go ahead with LS?

Time to dive back in finally but I'm not sure if I should pull the trigger on a LS 6 or wait for the LX80 + 6"?

It's really about lunar and planetary observing as I'm on the edge of the Olympics and light pollution is probably the highest in the UK.

I know it's the same optics but is it worth waiting for the newer tech - what would you do?

I'd buy a Celestron 8" SCT !

I've read too many stories about Meade's mounts being unreliable. Their opticas are fine though.
