Some questions about alcohol use on eyepiece cleaning...

If I use isopropyl alcohol to clean fingerprints and eyepiece streaks. How should it be used?

1) Full strenght- 100% 91% or 70%

2) Is there a need to dilute one or the other with distilled water?

3)Do not use it at all

4) Can be used on deep sky filters

Reading differant posts has got my head spinning on how to proceed. Pat

Definitely don't consume any alcohol before cleaning EPs!
