Imaging on a budget - Webcam or Digiscoping?

Hi all,

I've read a lot on here about webcam imaging which seems pretty straight forward, and I've watched some of the Scopes N' Skies Youtube videos about Digiscoping with a cheap camera. The latter seems a bit more expensive, but saves on the faff of having to tinker about with a webcam.

Which method generally gets the better results? So far all I've managed is moon shots with my mobile, which have come out surprisingly well...

I got a pretty good photo with my android phone the other night and was well pleased with myself lol. As for webcams, they are ok as long as you get to grips with stacking etc. For digiscoping you will probably need one of these. Free bino adadpter too.
