Hello all.

I am looking to buy a Canon in the EOS range. I was thinking between a 550D and 600D, but then there is the cheaper 1100D.

When doing astro-imaging, what are the differences going to be. Is it really worth getting a bigger camera?

Seeing some of the results on this site it seems a 600D is the more popular choice, but what are people's thoughts?
