Below is my first effort at imaging Mars with my new DMK 21 618 camera and IR pass, red and blue filters. All taken through my 8" LX200 classic and a 4x barlow.

The red channel is IR pass and red filter images combined; green is synthesised from red and blue filter; and blue is .. well blue. Luminance is with an IR pass filter. Processed and sharpened in Registax 6, with additional sharpening and RGB construction in Photoshop.
