How tight, the bolt?

my ED81s is a bit back end heavy with diag and mount on when you focus outwards. This is with the rings as far back as they can go.

So, how tight can I go on the altitude bolt on a Supatrak\SLT mount before it causes problems for the motor?

The AZ is basically immovable, but the Alt seems quite free and easy. I tightened it a bit the other day to take some wobble out, but I'm a bit concerned about burning out the motor if I go too tight.
