Wondering if there is anyone local

Hi, I'm new to the world above us having just got my first scope. I was wondering whether there is anyone here in the Carterton, Oxfordshire area that meets and has any advise on good viewing sites in this area? I think I introduced myself in another threat but If you didn't read it, I'm Jon 32 from Oxfordshire. Very new to the hobby but am loving everything I have seen so far. Reading everything possible on this forum and found everyone to come across very friendly. I have had bad experiences with Clubs for other things so a bit reluctant going to one.

I am looking at both viewing and some basic astrophotograhy so bit of an all rounder really.

Anyway if anyone is around here that would be great!
