Any good locations in Colwyn Bay

Hi does any live in Colwyn bay and know any good locations?

Hi, I live just out side of colwyn bay in Llanelian. Lots of great places around, its only a small place so the light polutuion is minimal. The viewing is better if you can get above colwyn bay, so Colwyn Heights (next to the leisure center is good) Llanelian (i'm sure the astronomy society still meet in the park) Bryn Eryn in Rhos. If you want spots in actual colwyn bay I find that kings drive and towards the west end is better than the other side of town for star gazing. Or if you go through the glyn estate to the fields behind. The prom used to be a good spot too, but i find the warning lights on the windfarms a bit of a bother now.
