Trick for locating Galaxies

Hi all.

Last light I managed 7 galaxies in one session.

In the process I have discovered a trick that might be of use to you all.

When trying to locate your chosen galaxy set the Samsung 2000 to 64 x intigration in auto mode.

Set the contrast to max and the brightness until the monitor screen is a light grey.

You will find the neburosity will show up like a beacon.

The pic is M51.

I have put a report up in the deep sky imaging section.
