Posting Pictures...How?

I have been looking through the forums but cannot find what I am after.

Dumb question...but...how do i post pictures or vids?

One option would be to use an external site like Photobucket and link to them from there.

When you reply to a message in SGL a text box appears.

Above are some function icons. Look for the paperclip icon. This allows you to upload photos (not sure about vids).

If you are using an exernal site you can link the URL via the hypertext icon...

I have just set up an account and am uploading some vids and pics.

Will post but hopefully people will be kind as they are pretty rubbish compared to what I have seen so far.
