Location, location, location...

So, i live in the Stourbridge area and i was wondering if anyone could advise on good locations around here for stargazing away from all the horrid light??

Also, where are the best shops to be able to go and see the telescopes in the flesh, so to speak, before buying??

need-less light pollution

hello bsmk89 , welcome. the above link is a good site,if you scroll down for a bit youll see a interactive map where you can zoom in towards you location and see where the skies should be darker.

if you google light pollution uk. there may be other sites simlar.
