Vesta's magnitude ranges from about 5 through to 9, so it should be easily in reach provided it's not too close to (or below!) the horizon.

Uranus can be seen in the early evening though you won't see any detail (not that Uranus tends to HAVE any detail to see!). Mars can be seen later in the night, close to Regulus I believe, you might get some detail on that though it's still rather small.

For DSOs there should be the usual November sky selection that I'm sure you can find discussed on the internet.
