Does anyone know the maximum length I could extend a supatrak handset? I purchased the correct 6 pin 10 meter 6p6c cable (and coupler) which arrived today and it won't work!

Was really hoping this would work so I can do imaging in the comfort of my garage, too long maybe?

Was only £4 but only hope now is to try cutting it down bit by bit and crimping on a rj11 / rj12 connector.
