Focus/detail help

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I would appreciate the help.

Been imaging for a while with a standard SLR but got myself an SPC880 modded to a 900 yesterday and took this picture of Jupiter (3000 frames of AVI). Celestron CPC925, Barlow 2x.

Had the camera at 60fps and 640x480. No adjustments apart from stacking in Registax.

I can't help but think I am missing something though as I have seen other pics from similar setups that are spectacular in comparison.

Focus seemed fine on the night. Any tips ? FPS too high/gain etc ?

Thanks!

Mark
