Anyone ever used one of these? Its in the second hand shop in town but its £80. Was tempted to buy it as its a goto scope and fairly cheap, cant find anything on the internet about it though? I think its the 60mm refractor model

I can't see anything very appealing about a GOTO 60mm scope to be honest. The limited aperture will mean that many of the deep sky objects that the mount points to will be either invisible or very disappointing. If it was £30 then it could be a bit of fun for the moon but you don't need a GOTO mount to find that.

And they have significant hand controller issues. Runaway slew is just one of them. No or limited connectivity to computer another.

I'd avoid anything with "Tasco" on it.
