No stars bright enough for go to

So I went out tonight kinda early to set up go to only to find out there werent any stars bright enough for it. Well I did find one, but it was too low to do me any good. Hopefully later tonight, if not, I'll just push the scope. Does this occur very often no stars bright enough for go to?

Eek! Really? So that's a planets and double-star night, I guess.

Supposedly Jupiter counts but it kept restarting the alignment, so I turned the electronics off and had a push night.

My goto found a few themselves.

It picked Lyra and Altair, although Deneb would have been an option.

Maybe but I only have a limited view of the sky. I should have tried the south and south west although those are extremely limited. It was just nice to look at things again.
