DSS - Calibration Frame Orientation

Just a quick question.

Throughout the night as the scope tracks and the orientation of the camera to the ground changes my camera reaches a point where it changes the orientation of the frames from landscape to portrait.

If I then put everything into DSS is it clever enough to work out which way around things should be turned? (lights in landscape but flats are in portrait for example)
