Bubble nebula in HOO

For a change there were only minimal clouds in the South-West last night and I managed to get 4 hours in before misty-haze came over. Eager to get detail in the Bubble (NGC 7365) I stretched the subs to 20 minutes each; never done this before, and probably gone too far. So subs were: 6 x 20 mins each for HA & OIII using Astrodon filters on the Ikharus 102mm with Atik 314L CCD. Not sure how to go about processing the bubble area either, so any tips here would be welcome. Thanks.
