First light - 1100D

After some failed attempts at star fields i went for something easier to focus on - the moon! I took one set of shots with my ST80 and felt the images looked a little soft. So I had another attempt with my trusty mak.

On a better, less cloudy night, I could easily take 40 shots and stack them - would that increase the image sharpness at all? Or is a webcam mandatory?

Registrax should be able to stack the frames... it used to be really slow working on the High MP images from DSLR's the newer version at least have multi core processor support but I haven't got round to trying it...
