How do I clean eyepeices/filters/viewfinder?

I tried cleaning my neodymium filter earlier with the little cloth that came with my Celestron 15x70 Binoculars. All I managed to do was to leave little bits of fluff all over the filter. What would be best to clean my filter, eyepeices and viewfinder with? (I somehow manage to get finger marks everywhere! lol)

I use one of these to blow off dust etc.

I have a similar difficulty with my Meade LX200 14" -I have never cleaned the corrector plate (10yrs+) and wonder if the Baarder Optical wonder fluid would work on such a large area?

I have used baarder wonder fluid on my corrector plates and refractor lenses works a treat.
