AstroLuke
This is my second time out with my astro photo setup! It was quite fun.Yesturday i was lucky that it was cloud free from 22:30 to 23:45, so i went out at around 22:00 and got everything ready. Sadly though i couldnt begin imaging before 23:00 because it was still quite bright. The image is taken with my olympus e-420 on my Skywatcher 200p skyliner mounted on HEQ5 Pro instead of the dob mount.Anyway, i got 19 x 30 second exposures, 20 bias, 10 darks.i didnt get more images since the clouds came rolling http://www.flickr.com/photos/64648136@N05/6066842694/lightbox//Lukas
Euan
Nice one, a lot of detail for 30 secs and really nice star colourA wee trick if you are using Chrome, you can embed images staight from Flickr, just right click on your image, goto Large, right click again "Copy Image URL" then paste the link in using the "Insert Image" part of the forum message editor Not sure how you do it in IE I'm afraid
