Excellent work. Good to see some familiar details too. I was out around the same time with my 16" scope. Seeing was a bit ropey but captured some of those features you've imaged. Interesting to see too the darkness you have in the NPR. Good to know my eyes weren't tricking me after an all-nighter!

Great pictures. I was having a look with my FLT98 at the same time. Glad you've shown me the detail I couldn't see.

Thanks for the kind words chaps. I'm very hopeful that the seeing will improve and the bonus of altitude will make this a vintage if not epic year for Northern Hemishere Joop lovers.

It helps having the collimation razor sharp too , better than I had it last season.
