I was working a few nights ago, and I happened to be wandering around the place on break and off in the distance I noticed a blinking light similar to what I had posted about earlier, but I counted between the blinks it was far too fast, and didn't move. My thoughts were maybe that my tracking scope was moving to track the object I was looking at, and I was seeing this pole with two lights on it (I assume for aircraft navigation). It was the right color. I'd personally never noticed it before so it might be something that is new.
