IRIS problem drag and drop photos

Hi, when I click on Digital Photo and then decode RAW files in Iris, when I try to drag and drop the pictures from Live Photo Gallery (Windows 7) it doesn't work (and it used to work!)

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
