I'm having a problem after updating to this firmware. It's the same error everyone seems to be getting. No response 17. Invalid model. I have tried re updating firmware. I have checked and nothing seems to be fried. Mount or hand control. I made sure rhe mount has good power. I went into utilities and found this message under the version. HC: NXS 5.31.9200 MC: 5.18 ?.?? This would lead me to suspect the mount is the problem somehow now. This version information led me to this page. Does anyone possibly have any other fixes to try? I am so frustrated and confused. Can I downgrade back to the old firmware? Would that even possibly fix the problem?
