Ordered a camera adapter to fit on my C6 SCT Thursday evening, shipped out Friday, delivered Monday.

Yet again FLO have excelled.

I had an issue with the NEQ6 on arrival, emailed FLO at 10pm and hoped that a reply would come sometime during the next day. 5 minutes after the email was sent I was contacted by Martin from FLO who discussed the issue I had and immediately agreed a corrective action that ensured I got a replacement as soon as possible.

Replacement arrived and the suspect unit collected. I accidentally sent the vixen saddle back which I should have kept, still no problem as FLO delivered a spare to me to keep me going until they could get the one back from the supplier.

Now that is going above and beyond.. So much so that I decided to donate a shed load of money to FLO for a new camera, ordered 1pm Friday and delivered 5pm Friday when I met up with Martin later.

Another nice touch, when I ordered the camera I was thanked for choosing FLO over the phone, and even the boss man Steve passed on his thanks from the other side of the office.

First class service again from FLO, now all I need is a clear sky!

Ordered EQ6 Sunday night and arrived today in two hefty boxes. Well packaged and fast delivery.

Spoke to Steve in person on Friday, sort of collared him out of office hours but he was more than willing to discuss my astro needs, nice chap and very helpful.

All in all great people at FLO and great customer service, the greatest measure of a company is not necessarily it's product but it's service to it's customers and FLO excel at this.

Now, time to set up this beast of a mount, thanks FLO

If i keep saying all images are my first there will be no mickey-taking when i been doing this for years and not improved!

Did this tonight in what can only be called rubbish seeing conditions. moon was blocking most things out and a thin veil of cloud but my trusty scope managed to get this..

I was aiming for M16 but all I could see was a small collection of stars, no signs of any structure of a nebula. So I decided just to image what was there, I had promised Martiin from FLO that I would give M16 a go. trouble was I couldnt really align as no clear stars were easily visible so I aligned on the moon hence my worry that I was probably in the wrong area of sky completely but goto said it was there and I believed it.

So 20 subs at 30secs on Nexstar 6se using Atik titan, stacked in DSS and a few levels messed around. I stacked in DSS and thought ohhh pretty stars.. err.. I have a smudge in the middle .

So played with levels and it was no smudge, can you guys confirm if the splodgy bit in the lower half is what I think it is ( i know the whole image is splodgy but hey ho... I am a very slow learner )

ok, I know it is FAR from perfect but this was my first attempt last night with the Atik Titan and it is I believe M15, cant remember exposure settings etc.. but whatever I used it was obvioulsy wrong

Ordered Atik Titan camera on Friday, after many questions to FLO, all of which were answered promptly with good humour throughout.

Arrived 10.30am Saturday as promised.

In all my dealings so far with FLO they have been very patient with my incessant questions and given me clear and unbiased information and there level of service is second to none.

Thanks to all you guys, especially Martin who seems very happy putting up with my drivel!

Ordered Nexstar 6SE last Wednesday morning at 12.18 am, spoke to Steve on the phone when the office was open and was informed scope is not in stock yet but that I should see it sometime early this week.

So.. I expected it to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday, but it arrived today, along with the accessories I also ordered! so I am very VERY pleased.

Scope arrived on FEDEX, no marks or damage evident on the outside of the box. On opening and inspection the massive amount of packaging meant that the scope arrived in perfect condition. All accessories exactly as ordered.

All queries and ramblings were answered very fully by Martin or Steve and I would recommend FLO to anyone interested in buying, or advice on what to buy even if you are a true beginner such as myself!

SO.. once again.. Thanks to all the wonderful peeps at FLO.:headbang:

Ordered new scope from FLO last night, assumed all the bits I ordered would be ok and work together.

Gave FLO a call this morning to confirm order was ok and to ensure all accessories were suitable for the scope ordered.

Had a good long chat with Steve (quiet voice but very informative) and he assured me that the dew shield, EP's and cable ordered were correct for the scope ordered.

Gave me very clear info on expected delivery, slight delay but am fully happy with the reasons, parts are on a boat at the moment and due to be with me early next week.

Then mentioned I was looking at buying an ac adaptor for the Celestron and Steve quickly put me straight, if I bought a cheap one I risked killing my scope, rather than just leave it at that he suggested one from Maplin, even giving me the stock number to help me find it.

At the end of the call he informed me that should I have any further questions ref. the order to call them immediately and any problems on set-up to also call rather than struggle or [removed word] something up. He also made me aware that they have a helpline for any issues or questions I may have now or in the future.

All in all a very nice guy, good company to deal with, and I will leave a further review once scope is received and set-up
