I can get it polar aligned without any problem, but when it comes to star alignment it is way out. 3. Anyone had issues with updating the firmware on a SynScan controller? I connect with a USB Type B cable from PC to the HC and follow the instructions to update the firmware (currently Version 4.39.04 ) but receive an error message "Can not connect with a SynScan Hand Control". Tried numerous times, disconnected and reconnected, but all to no avail. Any suggestions?
