  1. I’m considering selling my TAK FC100DL in order to fund a lightweight imaging set up. This is number 54 from the first production run of the FC100DL so is one of only 100 worldwide (black focuser). The scope is in superb condition optically and cosmetically and is fitted with a Baader clicklock clamp (I don’t have the original TAK one).Sale would include the Peli IM3220 storage case (in almost new condition)and a TAK 5x25 finder and bracket with quick release plate. I also have a near new clam shell and a pair of excellent condition Parallax rings to fit this scope that could be included by negotiation. I would consider taking a small good quality apo as part trade. I’d be looking for £2100 for the scope and would prefer collection (any inspection welcome with sensible precautions taken to avoid the plague). Happy to answer any questions via PM. For anyone not familiar with the FC100DL I’ve added a link below to the review on scope views. http://scopeviews.co.uk/TakFC100DCDL.htm
  2. I have for sale a brand new, unused HEQ5 AZEQ5 tripod top plate for berlebach Planet tripod. I ordered this with the intention of using it to convert my tripod for use with a Skytee mount. Change of plan (now have an AZEQ6) means it is no longer required. It’s still in the wrapper as received from berlebach, opened only to check and take photos. £120.00 (Price included UK 1st class signed for postage).
  3. Massive long shot I know, but if anyone has a ROWAN AZ100 they’re thinking of parting with, please PM me. Happy to consider all versions with/without encoders DSC and accessories. Thanks Steve
  4. Price added to original post now I may Also be interested in taking a smaller EQ Mount (CEM25P) or top quality AZ (Rowan) Mount as part exchange/trade.
  5. Thanks Fozzybear, I’ll try and edit/update it.
  6. SALE PENDING Due to pending house move I’m looking at downsizing my Eq Mount. This was bought new in May this year so still has loads of Celestron warranty left, it’s been used less than half a dozen times (not used at all for the last 3 months since I sold my edge 11). It’s in as new condition (even still has the screen protector on the handset). As well as all the Standard items (inc 2” tripod)It comes with the following extras (also as new) 2x additional 5.5kg counter weights in Celestron padded bag ( £96 new) Peli 1660 wheeled Storage case with the original foam packing for the mount (£500 new). Total new cost For these items is in excess of £2.6k I’m looking for £1950.00 It would need to be collected from Brighton (or could meet within reasonable distance for fuel cost). Any viewing welcomed (with Covid precautions respected). Additional photos available on request to anyone genuinely interested. Cash or bank transfer (preferred option) on collection.
  7. Anyone thinking of selling an Ioptron AZ Mount pro, please get in touch. Cash waiting. Ideally want an AZ mount pro but may be convinced to buy a minitower pro 2 if it’s in first class condition at the right price. Must be within easy drive from Brighton or willing to post.
  8. Hi Stinky, is that the T2 version of the 2” clicKlick? if so I’ll take it. cheers steve
  9. Hello and thanks for the add. I have recently acquired a TAK FC100DL (from the first production run, with the black focuser) that I have so far used only for visual with an occasional attempt at Lunar photography with a DSLR (canon 6D). The views are superb and I’ve been toying with the idea of trying it Out on deep sky objects (with the DSLR) by adding a focal reducer. However from what I can establish, the matched focal reducer for this scope is the TAK FC-35 which Carries a pretty hefty price tag. Has anyone tried this combination? Or able to offer advice on wether its worth the expense. TIA
