  1. As I got my Skywatcher APO 80-600 ED at the end of may, this was on the night 31 of may - 1st of june. Just very happy with the sharpness, contrast, brightness, everything. A joy to look through the 2" . But since that night, clouds all over... Hard to wait to continue...

  7. Thank you. The moon was made with 200mm " about 800 photos" and the stars with 50mm. Combined of course...

  9. Hi all, I'm from The Netherlands. Familiair with photography (started in 1988) Few months ago started more serious with astrophotography. So far I love it. Only problem that keeps coming back is the weather. Staying in a bortlle 4, most photos made from my backyard. Using a DSLR (Nikon ff), EQ5 and some homemade diy helping things... 14mm f2.8 Samyang, 50mm f1.4 Nikon, 200mm f4 Nikon, 300mm f2.8 Nikon and some other stuff. And 1 newtonian 130-900 Used a windows machine until last week... biggest problem I see is the software to use on a Mac. two choices.. expensive or not available. So the windows will stay (for the moment) using DSS, Registax and Autostakkert. Using Adobe, ACDsee and StarStax on the iMac... Hope to learn a lot...
