  1. I've been using (struggling) to use my canon 1200D either with a 100-400 is lens, or mounting the camera to my skywatcher 120 refractor. I've even tried a sigma w/a lens for star trails. But nothing has worked well. Using the scope in my back garden I have seen many great views- but how do I photograph them? It's been suggested that I use a canon 60d as the flip out lens would make it a lot easier- this I totally agree with as I'm unable to bend down to use the viewfinder on my 1200d so It's guesswork! Any ideas folks?
