I got this
but the camera just wont stay put as it rotates around the mounting screw!..
Tried to put a thin piece of rubber which helped but it still moves when the mount slews from one area to another so losing the goto model..
any suggestions?
sounds to me that the bolt you are using to go through dovetail bar into camera is too long?
if so pack out with washers between camera and dovetail,or get a shorter screw,or get a nut and put that down tight before camera

sending you a new eyepiece wont help?
not if you cant focus with any supplied
-
have you tried it using a barlow lens to see if it comes to focus?
or try just placing the eyepiece in (dont tighten) then try to focus,if you have traveled all the way out,try lifting the eyepiece slowly out
whilst still observing...what happens to focus then?

going by the picture you posted i think the eyepiece is wrong or something not right looking about it when compared to pictures posted on amazon
your eyepiece looks to have dropped into the tube further?...even discounting the rubber cup

i never bought the bino's but i did buy the spotting scope from them for 25 euro, figured as they were cheap on price not to expect much
but i was wrong, they are solid made and have great vision, zooming on anything gave a crisp picture, decided to try it with a webcam
just to see how it would go,still have to get used to using the software for stacking but here is a pic of moon from other night
