So could we use a scope to watch it evolve into a remnant or not? Lol

After sgl last night I was wondering when Betelgeuse goes supernova and it becomes massively bright for a few weeks, will it be observable through a telescope or will it be too bright and cook your retina?

Fingers crossed it pops in my lifetime would be a awesome sight!

Whatever way you did it it still looks great! It's nice to see the results other people can get with the same scope as me

How did you get that big an image with just a single X2 Barlow? My image is way smaller with a x2 and same scope.
