Is this scope good for amateurs who want to view the planets as well as take photos?

Good morning,
Has anyone else received the ZWO SEESTAR S50, and if you have, are there any suggestions on how to use this product., and the downloaded app?

Good morning, morninboy
I just received my knew Sky-watcher Heritage 150. I haven't even opened the box. I just finished reading and looking at your modifications on the 150. I have been looking and searching on how to do this. The other members have such great ideas, and I am so by all for responding to my inquiries. I live in St.Louis Missouri and I would love to get a list of materials, thickness and everything that I need to accomplish this mission. I'm a disabled veteran of the USMC and the USAF. I'm likely to have some problems doing this, but if you can help me out with the process of getting the dew/light shroud, I will be forever grateful.

Thank you so much. That sounds like a great idea. I'll give that a try. I'm not comfortable with trying to make the cuts or even trying to work around any of parts. My telescope has just been shipped, so I hope to have it soon. Again, thanks so much for responding.

Thank you so very. I'm sure I can find a few yoga mats from my beautiful wife

Thanks so much for the advice. However I have neighbors and they have lights on at night and I will get some stray lights. Not major amount, but enough to make viewing an issue.

I have purchased a new Sky-watcher Heritage 150, but it doesn't come with a light shroud. I'm a disabled veteran and I don't know if I can make one myself. Would anyone know if I can get one made for me?
Best smartphone for taking pictures with a sky-watcher heritage 150

I have a sky-watcher heritage 150. I'm wondering what the best smartphone is good for photography with a phone adapter. I'm not sure if this is an acceptable question for this forum. I'm new at this.
