What a great product. I saw these at PAS and was very impressed.Β
Would be a great idea for a large Dob. Instead of having a roll-off shed, just have a normal shed and one of these.
We like that idea role out scope instead of roll off roof πhere is FLO's very one Grant's large Dob TRUK. Thanks for the lovely comment Mike, please come and see us again at the PAS in March if you are going, would be nice to put a face to a name.

Thank you so much for the fabulous review Peter, it means everything to hear how our TRUK's are helping people make their hobby as accessible, and easy as possible to just get out there and enjoy as much time doing a session, as against setting up and tearing down hindering one. Appreciated.
Best wishes, the ATT Team.

Warm welcome to SGL, less bad backs and bigger scopes getting used, sounds like a winπ
Thanks Chris, yes... since Lee designed the first one for his 16" SW goto dob we have had many enquires from people wanting a system to be able to buy a larger light bucket knowing they can actually use it easily with no fear of having to lift or dismantle etc, I know it was aΒ game changer for Lee as he reduced his set up and tear down to 2mins each way giving more time to observe as well as much less motivation needed to actually plan to get out there. He quite often just wheels his out for short sessions between the clouds knowing he can pack up in as quicker timeπ

Welcome to SGL<
An utterΒ pleasure to see another UK Manufacturer working away.
ΒThanks Alan, appreciate the support. We love all aspects of fabrication but the shear pride of hand building something from scratch is about as rewarding as it gets for us π

WOW, outstanding !! Where there's a will, there's a way, absolutely brilliant workaround. Love the trolley too π it's all about making it as easy as we can to just get out there and enjoy the sky.

Hi fellow astro members.
We are a new company based in East Yorkshire, England, and we design, fabricate and hand build telescope trolley systems along with any other bespoke products.
We were not only lucky, but very honoured to be able to build Grant from FLO his very own TRUK to which he took delivery of a few days ago, and we are
very excited to read Grants review when he's had a few outings with it and gets time to post.
Many thanks for allowing us to join this wonderful forum, we look forward to reading some great threads on all aspects of astronomy as well as the incredible
DIY and fabrications side of things you all do.
Cheers from the team.
NOTE: we are not here for any marketing reasons whatsoever other than to peruse the site, take inspiration and leave great feedback on the many fabulous posts, thank you.

Thats a great use of materials Stu, and ultimately, a fabulous functional scope trolley π its all about getting out there and enjoying the sky, this unit will have you out in seconds
as well as packing back up in the same time while lifting nothing. There is no excuse for just grabbing the biggest of scopes for just 20mins of cloudless window with the aid of a trolley.
Nice work. π€π€
