Thought I'd post a pic of Dobbie. It's the trusty SW 200P but nodded with flocking, lazy Susan bearing, roller bearings on altitude, Gemrad angle finder on azimuth and a wixey for the altitude. Not had it out in months due to weather and working nights unfortunately.

I'm looking at making my own dew shield for my OTA and finder and thought about using a yoga mat we have stashed behind the sofa that never gets used. I know people have used this sort of thing before but I was wondering if it needs to be black or a dark blue, as the I've I have is light blue. Would this affect the views at all your reckon?

I can't believe that he has truely gone. I always thought he would live forever. Well he will in my mind and heart. I truely great loss to all. He will surely be sadly missed by us all.
