M81 + M82 26/02/2011 23 subs equaling 70 mins ISO800

Thanks Russ, abit dissapointed, I cropped this quite abit, and i know that i really should have spent alot more time on this, but im really pleased i got over 5 mins unguided :)

5 mins is incredibly good for unguided. You must of had the polar alignment and level spot on. Shame not to have more subs but it was the first clear night in ages and we wanted as many objects as possible.

It looks quite blue to me, im suprised more hasnt come out in m81 considering this is 70 mins worth... especially when you compare with how much detail came out in m51 which looks great

On my net book it didnt look very blue but at work it does :) oh and this is cropped quite abit
