hi all ive just bought a 2nd hand celestron c 10 ngt scope and im just woundering if anybody could give me a few tips on using it and what type of stars are best for viewing or nebula are good also is the scope a desent one thanks

You will get more people responding if you move this to the main forum. Beginner section for Getting Started or the Scopes/Whole Setups bit.

If you can keep the magnification down try M42, stars dig out some coloured doubles Almaak, Albireo. Clusters should be good.
