SGL5 Moon from 17th April

My humble offerings of a truely beautiful moon.

I am quite pleased with these shots as I really got on well with the LPi that night. I'done no aligning except to plonk the Tal pier down roughly north, but it kept the moon in the FOV for upwards of 15 mins!

This were all taken with a Meade LPi and a Soligor 6" Newt (as per my sig) on a Tal pier. They are between 100 and 350 frames, automatically stacked by Autosuite.

I took them on the Satruday night. I tried on the Friday, but had a few software issues. By the time these had been resolved, the moon had disappeared behind AllanJ's camper van!

Bit better set up for Saturday.
